NovaBoard is not dead, as I just explained in the topic linked here, we have only one developer working on NovaBoard at this moment.

There is a new released expected very soon that fixes a few issues with 1.1.4.

NovaBoard 2.0 (Phoenix) is currently being reviewed to see what exactly has been done on it and what exactly needs doing on it, again, with one develop it is kind of hard and slow paced.

By saying that "NB is dead" isn't helping things much, its more of a put off for the developer(s) than an encouragement.
