I just looked at the Issue list of your project and I saw a lot of milestones.

What's the point of having people working on Release 1.2, 1.3 others on 2.0 and NovaCMS? Shouldn't you all be just working on one release candidate,you only have about 3 coders and 2 designers? Personally I would go with NovaBoard 2.0 "A New Era".
There appears to be some confusion on who's working on what and when your going to release it. Also people are forgetting about some features, that they wanted to see. Theres also some very good ideas but not enough coders.
This is just my opinion as an outsider.
BTW i tried packaging via Source NovaBoard 1.1.3 I got an error last week. The error was a few lines of sql on a blank white page. I fixed that error by adding a semi-colon.
I have too much time on my hands >_>
