I successfully created my new forum, but I am in a bit of a dilemma. My problem is that my forum will not allow anyone to register. I was looking around the forums and noticed that there is some kind of bug in the newest software that does not allow reCAPTCHA to work properly, so users cannot registe.r That is the exact bug all of my users are experiencing. They can not register their new accounts because the reCAPTCHA is not appearing.

When I try to enter the two keys for the reCAPTCHA and click submit, it just clears the form. Could you guys please release a fix or tell me what I can do to fix the issue? I have a brand new forum, yet no one can register

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Hi Concept,

If you can get to your MySQL database, try entering the information there. An update for NovaBoard is being worked on, rest assured!

Yes I have full access to it.

Wait so where do I enter the info exactly? I'm using cPanel 11.

1. Login to PHPmyAdmin
2. Go to your database which contains the data for your forum
3. Select the prefix_settings table, and Browse the rows for the following fields:

akismet_key
recaptcha_public
recaptcha_private

4. Insert the values and save the new data.

Done!
